What rules apply to short-term rentals in Milan in 2026?
A CIN shown in the listing and outside the building, gas and carbon-monoxide detectors and extinguishers, guests reported to the police within 24 hours, a tourist tax of €9.50 per night, and a flat tax of 21% on one flat and 26% on the others. From 2026, more than two flats count as a business.
