Our story in full
Where we started
We began in 2019 with our first apartment, on via Mario Fubini, a short walk from the Bicocca university. The second came in 2020, with our first renovation; in 2021 the third, a second renovation and three more apartments bought. In 2022 we started our first laundry and the cleaning team began to grow; in 2023 our investment moved to the Città Studi area, with more renovations.
In 2024 we bought Nevoso Palace, in Lambrate, and started a major renovation: since 2025 its seven apartments have been on the market. The same year we bought two large properties, Sanzio 8 on Via Marghera and Brusimpiano on Lake Lugano, where work began in 2026. Today we manage 17 apartments across Bicocca, Città Studi and Lambrate.
For us, growing means staying close: managing homes we can reach in a few minutes when someone needs a key, a plumber or an extra towel. That is the difference between a service and a listing.
How we work
Every apartment is ours or managed by us directly. The same cleaning team has worked with us for years, check-in is self-service, and keys are not handed over in the street.
We answer messages ourselves, in Italian and English, from morning to evening. There is no call centre in between.
